The Full Story

Welcome to our culinary family! Our journey began in the warm, inviting kitchen of my grandmother, Me-me. She was more than just a grandmother to me; she was my mentor and my inspiration. Me-me's love for cooking was infectious, and it was in her kitchen that I first discovered the joy of creating delicious dishes and, most importantly, the magic of crafting unique sauces.

Growing up, I would spend countless hours with Me-me, learning her secrets, experimenting with recipes, and making our own culinary creations. One day, driven by a desire to honor Mimi's legacy, I started experimenting with my own sauces. The first batch was a hit, filling our home with joy and bringing smiles to our faces. It was a special moment, one that I wanted to share with others.

As a single mother, I cherished the moments when my family could gather around the table, sharing stories and enjoying a home-cooked meal. The joy and connection that these meals brought were irreplaceable. I began hosting small events, sharing my passion for cooking with friends and family, and of course, my special sauces were always the highlight.

The response was overwhelming. People loved my sauces and soon started asking for the recipes. To share my love for cooking, I created a Facebook page called "Food, Fun, and Fitness," where I posted recipes and cooking tips. However, it wasn't long before the requests for my sauces started pouring in. What began as a personal passion turned into a small business when someone asked if they could purchase a jar of my homemade sauce. From that moment, I couldn't make the sauce fast enough to keep up with the demand.

Our sauces are versatile and unique, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They are perfect for busy families and food enthusiasts alike, whether you're cooking in a crockpot, grilling, baking, sautéing, marinating, or simply dipping. Our sauces are designed to make your cooking experience easier and more enjoyable – they are truly "throw and go" sauces.

Every jar of our sauce carries a piece of my heart and soul. The joy I found in cooking as a young girl continues to inspire me, and I am thrilled to share that joy with you. There’s a little bit of Stephanie in every jar, and I hope it brings as much happiness to your table as it has to mine.
